Where can I go using my membership?

We offer subscriptions to access the world’s leading timeshare exchange brands who offer accommodations around the world at over 5,000 different hotels and resorts, subject to availability. Visit our Destinations page for examples of the most frequently available locations using these brands.

How soon can I start using my membership?

Benefits of your Club CoolVacay membership begin immediately. If you choose to further subscribe to CoolWeeks or CoolPoints, it may take up to 14 days to complete your enrollment. You will receive automated emails from the associated exchange provider for your subscription containing your membership details as soon as your membership is activated.

How much does a Club CoolVacay membership cost?

Club CoolVacay has a one-time enrollment fee of $1999, which grants you access to all benefits, including the ability to purchase annual subscriptions tailored to how you and your family plan to travel. How long does my membership last?

Your Club CoolVacay Membership does not expire, but all subscriptions require annual renewal on the anniversary date of enrollment. Subscription fees are automatically charged every 12 months to the same card used at checkout during enrollment. Your exchange provider may also charge extra annual fees for their programs.

If I don’t go on vacation, do I lose my benefits?

No, your Club CoolVacay membership will still remain active if you don’t go on vacation. Your subscriptions will remain active as long as they are renewed. Depending on the subscription you choose, you may have the option to save or extend your exchange currency if you do not travel.
